Irakli Gilauri has served as Chairman and CEO of Georgia Capital since March 2018. Formerly CEO of BGEO Group since 2011 , joined as CFO of Bank of Georgia in 2004 until he was appointed as CEO of Bank of Georgia in May 2006.
Before his employment with Bank of Georgia, Irakli was a banker at EBRD's Tbilisi and London offices for five years, where he worked on transactions involving debt and private equity investments in Georgian companies.
Irakli received his undergraduate degree in Business Studies, Economics and Finance from the University of Limerick. He was later awarded the Chevening Scholarship, granted by the British Council, to study at the Cass Business School of City University, where he obtained his Master of Science Degree in Banking and International Finance.
Ketevan (Kety) Kinkladze held the position of Finance Manager Caucasus at Wrigley, a Subsidiary of Mars Incorporated from 2011. Before her employment with Wrigley, Kety was CEO of not-for-profit organization Knowledge Fund, established to support education and science in Georgia.
In 2008-2009, Kety served as CFO at Free University of Tbilisi. Prior to that she served as Head of Financial Department at Georgian Oil and Gas Cooperation.
Kety has held the positions of Advisor to the State Minister on Financial Issues at the Office of State Minister on Reforms Coordination and of Senior Business consultant at CERMA (Center of Enterprise
Restructuring and Management Assistance).
Kety was granted Soros Scholarship to study at AUBG (American University in Bulgaria) and upon graduation she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Kety holds MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from IEDC-Bled School of Management, Slovenia.

Nika Gilauri has been a managing partner of Reformatics since 2012 and a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company since 2014. Nika Gilauri served as Prime Minister of Georgia from February 2009 – June 2012. He had served as Minster for Energy (2004-2007) and Minister for Finance (2007-2009) and First Vice Prime Minister in the Cabinet of Georgia (2008-2009).
Before joining the government Nika worked for international management contractors in Georgian energy sector (ESBI and Iberdrola) as Financial Controller.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Limerick and an MBA from Temple University, Philadelphia.

Vano Sturua, Founder and Board Member of LTD VD CAPITAL. From 1999 through 2004 Vano served as Commissioner at National Securities Commission of Georgia.
In 2000-2001 he was Head of Department at State Chancellery of Georgia. Vano received his undergraduate degree in International Business from the Schiller International University, where he was transferred from University of Limerick (1994-1996).
Vano holds master degree in International Business from Georgian Technical University.
Eka Duchidze has served as Executive Director of Georgia Capital since May 2018. Formerly served as corporate secretary and investor relations coordinator in BGEO Group. Joined Bank of Georgia as Corporate Secretary in 2005.
During the past years she has carried out number of crucial roles, including Executive Assistant to CEO and Head of Internal Branding. Recently, oversaw the development of SOLO Banking and SOLO Lifestyle. Prior, served eight years at the World Bank Group of which two years were at the World Bank HQ in Washington DC as a Programme Assistant at OPIC Department.
Eka holds Master’s degree in Economics from Institute of Trade and Economics and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Tbilisi State University.
